Terms of Business

We require full payment with your order, but offer a money back guarantee. Any unwanted items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days. Full payment will be returned promptly should any items be found to be unsatisfactory.

Refunds are made by cheque. Refunds can be minimised by leaving your cheque open and writing 'do not exceed £xx.xx' at the bottom, opposite your signature and allowing us to complete the total amount of your order when calculated.

Please ensure that you supply a telephone number or e-mail address, in case of any problem with your order.

Payments

All payments must be made in U.K. Pounds Sterling, by either cheque or postal order (made payable to Alan Chapman), or in cash Sterling or we now accept secure payments on-line through PayPal. You can now even pay instantly through PayPal using your credit or debit card without needing to sign up for a PayPal account. You can even pay through PayPal by e-mail.

Postage; 50p per order. Recorded delivery £1. Registered £3.80.

Overseas:

Europe; Airmail post £0.80. Insured mail approx. £3.90 (depending on weight).

Rest of World; Airmail post £1.80. Registered/Insured mail at £4.
